Injection Molded Magnets are composite materials produced by mixing magnetic powder (Ferrite or Neodymium) with a polymer binder (PA6, PA12, or PPS) and injecting the mixture into a mold. Unlike sintered magnets, this process allows for complex shapes, high dimensional precision without secondary machining, and the ability to insert-mold with other components (shafts, gears).
